If you love the challenge of sending 140 character messages on Twitter, the TL;DR app has you bring the same kind of conciseness to your email exchanges in only 30 words.

Noting that people are "fed up with endless emails" that "look like 19th century letters," the TL;DR app was created to free people from having to drown in a sea of never-ending email messages. The app works like this: the first words of an incoming email are summarized in 30 words or less inside of a boldly colored box. Within the app, these posts can be read and replied to in a newsfeed-style format. Taking inspiration from the instantaneity of social media, the app also lets users respond to an email with a "like." Now, filtering through you inbox is as easy as scrolling through your social feed.
