The ability to convert existing buildings is a place where Elliot and Associates architecture firm excel. This office building crosses old industry with modern design by refurbishing an old factory into a stylish bright office space. This building keeps its historic connection with old markings on the stairs and the old 'Sharp Autos' sign painted on the outside of the building.

The offices and meeting rooms of the building allow for privacy and focus. The main floor features a large team room to offer a portion of an open office concept while still being built in a traditional office style. This office is an excellent cross between the old industrial world and the modern era.
