Editor's Note - Trend Hunter Traffic Skyrockets + Several New Pages

This week, our traffic went to a whole new level. It all started when Trend Hunter Angela Lowe posted a trend about The Half Suit - Business on Top, Party Below.

The trend was featured on dozens of major gadget blogs, including: Gizmodo, Gizmodo Japan, TechDigest.TV, Fosfor Gadget, Uber Review, Edge Report, The Mobile Girl, Road Gladiator, Nerd Approved, 13 Ball, Nichest Halbes, BFW 734, Blog, Deluxe Blog, Aaron’s Day Off, Fashion Polics, and Gadget Garden.  Even my $100 / month hosting plan couldn’t keep up (I am being asked to upgrade, which is actually great news). 

Also this week, I updated the design and completely redesigned the About Us page and the Trend Hunters page. Let me know if you have any suggestions or feedback.

Finally, as I posted in another entry, this week we launched the new Trend Hunter Toolbar. It’s pretty awesome because it’s loaded with functionality to help you find trends faster. Specifically, it includes bookmarks to the top 100 sites for trend spotting, quick links to submit a trend, an RSS feed from Trend Hunter an more.
