Here's a future hot rod that is a startling throw back to classic hot rods; about the only differences is the power. The Delithium uses battery power rather than a supercharged V8. The “exhausts” don't expel sound or burnt fuel, they are just for the look of the old-school. This car could be built today - since hot rodders will spend just about anything to break out from the pack!

Implications - Even if you weren't into flashy cars, the fact that the Delithium is able to run off of batteries should be astonishing enough to make you reconsider how your car runs.
