Bright Automotive, a startup lead by a veteran of GM’s EV1 program, unveiled their concept eco-conscious hybrid utility van called the "Idea" at the Capitol on April 21st, 2009.

The truck will offer low operating costs for fleet managers and less pollution than current technology.

To meet the 2012-2013 target date, the company is looking to the Department of Energy for a $450 million loan to start production.  The company also plans to make this a ‘made in America’ product. Stats for Eco-Delivery Trending: Older & Chilly
