East 44th Street is a high-rise development, situated in New York City, that is the brainchild of ODA New York. Just like neckties, skinny skyscrapers are all the rage these days. This particular development may be lean but it still packs enough space to offer residents their very own exclusive rooftop garden.

This building needed to have an eye-catching design to stand out, seeing as how it is situated near famous landmarks like the Trump Tower, Chrysler Building and United Nations headquarters. The development will include 41 floors and 44 units, but will take up a footprint of only 14.6 x 19 meters.

The East 44th Street building is designed to give New Yorkers the complete residential package by offering them high luxury in an exclusive neighborhood, but while still giving them plenty of fresh air and natural light.
