Statistics have shown that around 63 percent of all U.S. households (71.1 million) are pet owners. This is why the pet industry is set at $43 BILLION and shows no signs of slowing. People of incomes of all levels buy crazy, luxury items for their pets, inclduing bowls, custom collars, leashes, clothing, carriers, toys, gifts, bedding, health foods, grooming and treats. I guess we can add hair salon to the list, as evidenced by these images of dogs with dyed fur.
