Remember those series of “affirmation” posters with beautiful stock pictures on black backgrounds featuring words like “Success” or “Teamwork” which were meant to motivate and inspire? They are often found in schools and offices. Alas, they rarely inspire and are just plain dull. They are also infinitely ripe for parody. “Hang in There Baby!” were the words for a famous alternative motivational poster with a picture of a kitten hanging from a tree branch.
