Whipping Post is building success on its previous vintage-inspired leather messenger bags by offering a brand new rough-and-tumble duffel bag. Originally from Georgia and now NYC-based, founder Ryan Barr was inspired by his father's bag from his service in the Vietnam War. Titled the Military Duffel, it's handmade from vegetable-tanned full grain leather and contains no zippers; it's a simple fold-and-clip closure just like those found in the war days.

As a child, Barr recalls using his father's bag for everything from carrying tools to sporting goods. He states he wanted to make a similar bag that's constructed of better materials and sized appropriately for a few days away. Whether you're at home or camping up a storm in the wilderness, this bag is bound to come in handy and keep you looking fresh in the process.
