Lego my funding! If the U.S. doesn’t get their act together, the only towers that will be built will be out of Lego blocks. The once mighty Dubai is seeing construction of amazing magnitude slow down to a creep, like the sands in the hourglass. These are The Days of Our Lives. Iconic landmark structure construction, from the mid-east to the midwest Chicago Spire, are being slowed or even halted as access to funds dries up. The latest project to be stopped is in Russia and the powers that be put the fault right at the feet of two Americans.  The developer, Russian oil and real estate magnate Shalva Chigirinsky, didn't mince any words when talking to Reuters saying simply: "say thanks to Alan Greenspan and George Bush."
