The new DSCOVR website, launched by NASA, allows visitors to access stunning photography of the Earth taken by the Deep Space Climate Observatory or DSCOVR satellite. This service offers several shots of breathtaking photos of the Earth mere hours after capture, with new photos added every single day.

The images uploaded to the service are captured by the Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera, a camera with a resolution ranging from an insane 10 to 15 km. This allows it to capture the Earth's disk in glorious sunlight, allowing viewers to access detailed and breathtaking photos of the planet they inhabit.

There are a lot of services out there that enable the curious to access images of the Earth for various business, recreational and educational purposes, but none are quite as comprehensive and regularly updated as DSCOVR.
