Sit! Roll over! Drive? A New Zealand charity has done the unthinkable in teaching a group of dogs how to drive. Each driving dog went through extensive training over several weeks and their abilities will be put to the test next week on live television.
The charitable campaign comes with the hopes of increasing the number of potential adopters by proving how smart dogs really are. In fact, Monty, the driving dog pictured above, was given up by his owners who claimed he was too hard to control. Now Monty will forever be remembered for his groundbreaking achievement of intelligence.
Oh, and just in case anyone is wondering, Monty and his driving dog companions are up for adoption. Anyone need a designated driver for the holidays?
