Fashion has been especially nostalgic lately, with homages to 80s and 90s style in bright colors, geometric shapes, and fun prints. None of these influences is more apparent than in the Doucette Duvall Spring 2010 line. The Doucette Duvall Spring 2010 collection incorporates all of the above and combines them. Every piece has visible influences from the 80s and 90s, and even the 70s. (We’re talking to you, leopard print jumper.) While some styles from those eras are better off forgotten, this collection will be a great way to welcome the change of seasons next year.  Doucette Duvall practices environmental and social responsibility by manufacturing the entire collection in New York City’s historic garment district, using pre-existing fabric and trim, shunning extraneous garment bags and hang tags, and shipping in recycled boxes only. Look for the “little green dress” in each collection as a reminder of their commitment to Madame Earth.
