 The Self-Portraits of Miss Aniela Natalie Dybisz, also known as Miss Aniela, is a photographer of self-expression. She is her own model, director, stylist, and digital photo developer. That’s right—all the beautiful girls in these images are indeed Dybisz herself. She says her self-portraits have replaced recording her thoughts in her diary and says her images “...have become their own autobiography.” The independent Miss Aniela is based in South East UK, and limited-edition prints of her photographs are available through her website below.  All I need for a self portrait is one spark of inspiration: a beam of light, an interesting garment, a few appealing kinks in my hair after it’s been in bunches. I might spy myself in the mirror across the room and have a voyeuristic urge to capture myself on camera, to produce a movie-still from a movie that never existed.
