The tiramisu cream component is based on the original Italian recipe for tiramisu without the Amaretto. Atop these gluten-free brownies is a mascarpone cream cheese frosting made with equal parts mascarpone and regular cream cheese. Due to the 1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso, these double chocolate brownies are left tasting like fresh coffee and chocolate.
