The Misshapes may be undiscovered by many, but if you are immersed in the hipster scene, the fashion world, awe-inspiring DJ’s or where the trendiest celebs go to party, you will be well acquainted with the DJ trio comprised of Geordon Nicol, Leigh Lezark and Greg Krelenstein. These average-looking downtown, gritty New Yorkers are more than DJ’s, insane partiers, fashion journalists and sub-culture creators and documenters – they are all of the above.

Anyone can take a picture, but it’s what you capture and how you convey it that sets The Misshapes apart from the countless imitation blogs. Feel like an insider at Paris Fashion week, New York Fashion Week, Leigh Lezark’s personal birthday party, Gucci and Chanel parties, etc. If that doesn’t bring you close enough to this exclusive sub-culture, throw on a pair of 3-D glasses and check out the pictures posted from Ruff Club for an even more intimate experience.

Of course, some of the most rare celebrity moments are captured on film as well. It’s nice to see celebrities embrace a camera, laughing with friends and making funny faces rather then hiding behind large shades and a large Starbucks coffee in hand.  Also, it is always refreshing and intriguing when artists interview one another, and this website features the Misshapes talking with some of their very talented peers. Not bad for three youth who had to lie about their ages to throw a massive cult party that would jumpstart their careers.
