Quite dark words like "fatally," "endanger" and "manslaughter" are pictured on the left, but with a break inserted into the word, they take on a whole new meaning that's far lighter than the original word reads. On the right, these words are turned into the almost silly "fat ally," "end anger" and "mans laughter."
The ads promote Volkswagen's Adaptive Cruise Control and allude to the importance of space from bumper to bumper. The ads were created for Volkswagen by Grabarz & Partner and are quite similar in style to the ads that promote Volkswagen's ACC System.
