Disney Teams With Designers - Princess Gowns for UNICEF (GALLERY)
[Edit]
The Walt Disney company has teamed up with several high end designers including Vivienne Westwood to create a line of princess-inspired gowns to help real life women make their fairy tale fantasies come true. No matter who your favourite princess is, there’s a designer to help you channel her. Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and, although she’s not exactly a princess, even Tinkerbell.
“To help celebrate Disneyland Paris’s 15th anniversary, the designers have created original party dresses based on Disney characters to be auctioned off at Christie’s in Paris, all in aid of UNICEF.”
Other designers creating the gowns include Luella Bartley, Azzedine Alaia, Scott Henshall, Paul Costello, Antoni & Alison and Michael Hertz.
