JT Burke's current art exhibit called, “Beautiful Again - Perpetuating the Myth of Paradise”, is inspired by only one item: costume jewelry. Finding random jewelry pieces from flea markets and antique shops, he takes a picture of each piece and then digitally manipulates them into beautiful, intricately detailed works of art.

Looking at Burke's bling bling collection makes me want to live in his beautiful paradise. Click through the gallery to view the magnificent pictures produced by JT Burke.

Implications - JT Burke's photos derive from costume jewelry and its ability to transcend other objects aesthetically. For JT Burke, costume jewelry is one of the highest forms of man-made beauty.
