If you want to add a cool new graphic to the back of your favorite denim jackets, this tutorial by Instructables user WackyMaster is a great way to learn how to create your own laser-print designs. All you need is a laser etch and an old jean jacket.
To make the print begin by choosing a graphic you'd like to see embellished on the back of your jacket. WackyMaster opted for these sugar skull made form various sized circles. Then upload an image you've drawn yourself or taken off of the Internet onto a laser etch system such as the Trotec Laser Cutter. The laser etcher will turn your design into a screen print and recreate the print onto the jacket using an ink color of your choice. This is a great way to upcycle old clothing and repurpose it into something new and stylish.
