DD Perks Rewards Members Can Order Donuts Using Alexa

Dunkin' Donuts integrates Amazon's digital voice assistant Alexa to mobile devices so that 'DD Perks' reward members can place voice-activated orders. To enable the feature, users can either type out or say "talk to Dunkin' Donuts" on the 'Assistant' app, and it is directed to a Dunkin' Donuts ordering robot. The voice-interactive robot can re-order previous orders, confirm the preferred location, and provide a delivery time estimate based on Google Maps.

Amazon accounts and DD Perks data are linked together to create a seamless payment system that streamlines entirely through Dunkin' Donuts' mobile app. In addition to the delivery service, the program can also order goods to be prepared and picked up instore, making it a convenient option for the on-the-go lifestyle.
