Until now, the iDog has been alone in the dancing robot pet category, but in 2009, he will get many friends. Hasbrow’s new line includes the iDod Amp’d with hip tattoed skin, the iCat and the iCy. But not only does the iDog gets new companions, his owners get to have even more interactive fun. Sega Toys and Tigerland Electronics created the Ampbot (Automatic Music Personality) a dancing partner, which will stay loyal to you in good and in bad times.
All of these dancing pets come with speakers and can be connected to your mp3 players. They dance, have sound and create cool light effects. The Ampbot will be released later this month, but you’ll have to wait for 2009 to play with his friends.
