Conductor Tan Dun and YouTube are inviting all musicians to join the world’s first crowdsourced online orchestra. All you have to do is go to the website, download the sheet music provided for your instrument and as Tan say, “Practice, practice, practice.” Once you’re ready, submit your performance before the closing date of January 28, 2009. The best musicians will be asked to join. The YouTube Symphony Orchestra will perform in April at Carnegie Hall in New York City. If you have even a stitch of musical genius, here’s your chance for fame and fortune. Source: youtube |
