Istanbul, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, was taken over by a gang of interesting cows. More than 150 themed cows took over the city, from basketball players to elfs. The cow invasion looks like it will be here until September 31, 2007; the Turkish people are just loving the display and giving it plenty of attention.

CowParade Istanbul kicked off with a special gala for organizers and artists at the end of July. Public exhibition started on August 1st and will continue till 31st of September, 2007. Cows will be held in 13 different popular points of Istanbul such as Taksim, Istiklal Street, Harbiye, Sultan Ahmet Square, Nisantasi, Sisli, Ortakoy, Bebek, Cevahir, Akmerkez, MetroCity, Profilo and Kanyon Shopping Malls.
