While some people might assume that the art of stained glass is reserved for religious sites, the Cosmovitral by Leopoldo Flores, a famed Mexican artist, proves them wrong. Once an open marketplace for the people of Toluca, Mexico, back in the '70s, it has since been converted into a visually striking botanical garden. Of course, it would be hard to judge whether people visit the garden for the exotic plants or the structure they are contained in.

The walls and ceilings of the Cosmovitral by Leopoldo Flores are made entirely of stained glass. The imagery depict everything from a fiery figure titled 'The Sun Man' to more abstract ecological representations. According to Kuriositas, "The art would show the relationship between man and the universe." Stats for Stained Glass Botanical Gardens Trending: Older & Mild
