 It Really Does Matter Did you know that there are over 42 pages of specifications and testing requirements for condoms? Gone are the days of carrying a three-pack of one-size-fits-all in your wallet, and a pocket-sized edition of “Great Pick-up Lines for Dummies.” Condom manufacturing is a complicated business. There is more to it than just one-size-fits-all and enhancing sexual pleasure by adding textures and lubricants. Now, size really does matter. Don’t ask me what goes on in the testing department (I would love to be a fly on the wall), but experts are educating people about condom size, and there are 21 countries under the Geneva-based International Organization for Condom Standardization.  SEOGWIPO, South Korea - As the world's top condom experts convene this week to update international standards, one American entrepreneur has a simple message: Size matters. It's shaking up an industry that has generally taken a one-size-fits-all approach.
Frank Sadlo, founder of TheyFit, which makes what he claims are the world's first custom-fit condoms, is pushing for updated standards to allow greater variation in condom size.
