If you're looking for a condo in New York, 35XV Residences by FXFOWLE Architects is taking part in the city's new condo-building complex to provide a higher standard of living for residences. Typically you're crammed inside a tiny apartment with sky-high rent and maintenance fees, but lack the sky-high sense of living.

35XV is a mixed-use luxury development that has only given the green light on the condition that it provides and incorporates classrooms and facilities for the neighboring Xavier High School.

Though it's currently under construction, it's set to be complete in 2015 with an imposing cantilevered glass-clad structure that has two distinctive parts. The street level six-story granite base accommodates high school and amenity space for residents, while the towering glass overlooks the cityscape.
