Singapore's ButlerTech Group developed a concierge app called ButlerPad that enhances hospitality experiences and take care of tasks that would ordinarily be carried out by staff.
The ButlerPad app gives guests the chance to feel as though they've got a personal concierge always at their disposal. With the app, users are able to make reservations at hotel restaurants, order room service or housekeeping and make note of any special pre-arrival requests. Outside of a hotel, this service also provides city guides to help tourists make the most of what's nearby. In addition to being of benefit to hotel guests, ButlerPad analyzes big data in order to see which promotions and features are resonating best with guests.
ButlerPad offers solutions for hotels, franchises and even boutique hotels, so that the app appears as a branded HTML link when a guest connects to Wi-Fi.
