This winged, futuristic car concept is called the Wind Light Vehicle, named so because of its three possible modes of movement. The WLV uses either the wing on the hood, the three electric-powered tires or all three to move like a windsurfer.

The novel and innovative concept kite car, which was designed by Tsung-Ho Wang, Min-Gyu Jung and Sung-Je Do, harnesses the wind’s power for locomotion, but for those stiller days, passengers can use the motored wheels.

While the functioning model of this fantastic machine is yet to be seen, flying about in kite-cars is rather Elf-futuristic. Perhaps a wookie-made skycar could be its selling platform? Keep crusin’. (yankodesign)
