Service is a mobile app that helps to streamline customer service by offering an anonymous complaint platform that is serviced by artificial intelligence instead of human support. Not only does this help to speed up the process of taking in customer feedback and addressing the issue at hand, the lack of a human at the other end of the complaint gives consumers the opportunity to be more blunt and thorough with their commentary. The app believes this is because it is facilitating a complaint-based platform where there isn't a person on the other end of the line whose feelings might be hurt.

The Protect feature is submission panel that allows customers to share their feedback without the worry of upsetting or arguing with a branded spokesperson on the other end. The app works with a variety of flight and retail chains and is able to analyze emails and shopping receipts. The feature utilizes artificial intelligence to scan for returns and cancellations and prompts the user to send feedback when it sees such a pattern.
