It’s just blue. Remember the scene from The Devil Wears Prada?  There was hardly a designer that didn’t have blue represented in a couple of fashions on the runway. See any Cerulean? The designers are Matthew Williamson, Karen Walker, Preen and Anna Sui. Each with a panache of it’s own making.
