The Cole Haan LunarGrands are the designer's debut collaboration with Hiroshi Fujiwara. The New York-based designer has put a modern spin on an old classic.
Haan has taken the 'it' shoes this season -- the classic wingtip and chukka -- and has given them a fun and dramatic pop of color. The collection features three new colors for the soles of shoes as well as two new leather treatments. Soles come in bright pink and blue for those who like to take fashion risks. The putty colored soles are more subtle, but still showcase a spark of individuality, while the black soles create a timeless basic. The new pebble grain and scotch grain leather treatments give these kicks an urban sophistication.
The Cole Haan LunarGrands are very versatile. They perfectly combine comfort and style, casual and formal. The shoes also feature a waterproof coating making them usable throughout the year. The playful appearance of these shoes shouldn't make consumers doubt the impeccable quality and craftsmanship that goes into every pair.
