Coffee Order-Mimicking Cups

These Coffee Packages are Black or White Based on the Drinker's Choice

The idea for these simple coffee recipe cups and packages was to create a design that spelled out each drinker's coffee preference -- with or without milk. The play on the words "black or white" is the design concept.

Each coffee cup has a black lid but each cup is either black with tiny white patterns or visa versa, being white with tiny black patterns. The design concept came from Poland-based graphic designer Kamil Piatkowski.

While there are other coffee preferences, these cups present the most obvious and common styles. Those who drink their coffee black will choose the black cups and those who drink their coffee with milk or cream will choose the white cups. The simple idea for the packaging reduces the overwhelming amount of cappuccinos, lattes and other complicated drinks by maintaining the simple goodness of coffee.
