Coffee or Tea has always been the question.

HEALTHY, ANTIOXIDANT AND CANCER-preventive, Japanese green tea is also suddenly very hip. But while green tea shops and cafes are popping up one after another in Tokyo. Toraya Cafe is one of the latest companies that have caught on to this trend. Toraya is a confectionery company that has been in business for over 500 years. The idea of opening a Japanese cafe was a daunting challenge for the confectionery maker.
