This cute churro ice cream dish is inspired by Pikachu and likely influenced by the current Pokemon Go craze. Invented by a staff member of The Loop -- a Westminster, California-based bakery that sells distinctively looped churro treats, the punny Pikachurro is a delicious dessert as well as play on words.

Although the churro ice cream creation is not currently for sale (unless high demand changes that), the custom glazed churro features distinctive Pokemon-mimicking markings with extra churros sticking out for ears. The edible loop also goes into a refreshing cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream with red and blue star-shaped sprinkles. Even though you can't enjoy this sweet snack during a PokeStop, you can view Ngoc and the Pikachurro on Instagram.
