Canadian graphic designer Miji Lee is the creative force behind this vivid candy packaging -- chocolate wrappers inspired by gorgeous watercolor paintings. The designer's latest branding project centers around artisanal snacks that are available in three very distinct flavors. She represents each with a different visual style and opts for a mix of muted and bright tones.

Miji Lee designates a different watercolor painting to varying flavors -- extra dark chocolate, hazelnut chocolate and milk chocolate cranberry and almond -- and creates candy packaging that is as stunning as it is distinct.

Though still in its conceptual stages, these artistic chocolate wrappers would appeal to established candy brands with an appreciation for art-focused branding. With the rising popularity of craft chocolatiers, more consumers are judging a book by its cover when choosing to invest in beautifully packaged snack options.
