Noah Cyrus (Miley’s little sister) is collaborating on a children’s lingerie line. She is nine. Take this all in, people. Everybody okay? Alright, I’ll start from the top.
Noah and BFF Emily Grace have teamed up with designers Ooh! La, La! Couture to create something that no child needs.
