Online shopping just got a bit cheaper. Natalie Massenet of Net-a-porter.com will soon be opening The Outnet.com, which is the outlet site for Net-a-Porter.com.

Jumping on the bandwagon on a phenomenon she calls chic-onomics, Massenet has been coy with details so far, except to promise designer goods at heavily reduced prices. The site is to be finally launched in February 2009 after much anticipation in the fashion world.
