This highly-practical piece of furniture, designed by Hyuh-Jin Lee & Hyeroung Choen, doubles as a chair and hanger, a design concept that can come in very handy in cafes and restaurants. The hanger can be used to conveniently hold your jacket, coat or bag. It’s always a chore to find a suitable place for your bag or jacket when there are no empty seats at the table. And placing an expensive bag on the dirty floor is a crime.
The obvious flaw I see with this design is that you present your valuables in a very inviting way to thieves who can easily snatch it from behind your back without you noticing or having the time to react.
