The days of using dull plastic pillboxes to organize daily doses of medicine can finally come to an end, thanks to these home medicine containers by Celine Forestier. A recent graduate of ESADSE design school in France, Forestier set out to change how people view illness within society. The pillowy-looking pillboxes are set on wooden plinths, with each level representing a different day of the week. The final product resembles a rocky natural setting, which is what the designer wanted to achieve. By getting people to associate their home medicine routine with nature, a less stigmatized relationship with treatment and disease can be formed.

Celine Forestier's modernized pillboxes are practical, aesthetically pleasing and socially responsible -- everything a designer could hope for from her final product. Stats for Modern Pillowy Pillboxes Trending: Older & Mild
