Don’t you just wish you had a Wii waist? So do the celebs; just look at Jessica Alba. The secret behind her killer bod is the fun and interactive workouts she does from the privacy of her own home.

“Fashion fan and skinny girl, Jessica Alba might have found a way around the boredom,” StyleDash reports. “Alba, who apparently shuns diets and personal trainers, has taken up a Nintendo Wii workout.”

Sounds like a lot more fun than running on a treadmill while staring at the wall.
