 Eva Mendes Rocks a White Tee for Allure Magazine A scorching hot Eva Mendes is posing for the cover of the January 2009 issue of Allure Magazine. The Cuban-American bombshell is no stranger to sexy photo shoots. Mendes had a Calvin Klein perfume ad banned a few months ago because the adverts were considered to be too racy and risque; the video and the prints featured a nude Mendes sensuously and suggestively rolling around in bed. Meanwhile, Allure went with a very different look on this cover than the ones we usually expect to see on the glossy. In the shoot, Eva is dressed in a very casual sheer tee shirt accompanied by a pair of beige baggy shorts. The photos were shot by Michael Thomson.  When asked how it feels to be typecast as the Hot Babe, Mendes is matter-of-fact. "I'm OK with being pigeonholed right now because I created most of it...", she says. "If I don't want to be offered sexy roles, then I shouldn't be on a humongous billboard half-naked... But I want to be on that billboard... You can pigeonhole me now... But it won't stay that way." For her Allure shoot, hairstylist Serge Normant (left) gave the actress "bedroom-y, next-day hair." First, he smoothed on texturizing cream and spritzed volumizer on the roots. With a blow-dryer and a round brush, he curled the ends of her hair and pieces around her face, then added shine serum on the ends.
