A guest spot on Oprah used to be the ultimate method of public exposure, but now it looks like Sesame Street is taking over the spot for #1 PR avenue.

We already mentioned that Feist appeared on Sesame Street, performing a special version of 1, 2, 3, 4 to teach kids to—you guessed it—count to four!

Stars expected to appear on the 39th season of the PBS series include Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, David Beckham, Jack Black, Neil Patrick Harris, Sandra Oh and Jenny McCarthy.

It’s an interesting reflection of our society, and reinforces the notion that people are getting exposed to celebrity culture at increasingly younger ages.
