This year, Mercadito is helping consumers celebrate Cinco de Mayo with an interactive cooking class. While many restaurants are offering specials on authentic Mexican dishes and drinks, this Chicago eatery is going a step further by helping guests recreate the same meals at home.

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Mercadito will host a gourmet Mexican meal and fiesta-themed cooking demonstration. There will be five courses in total and each dish will be paired with a different beverage. Not only will consumers be able to watch Chef Sandoval whip up delicious Mexican delicacies, but they will also learn how to make the same meals at home.

The gourmet cooking demonstration gives consumers a fun and interactive way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and indulge in traditional Mexican cuisine.
