Smart CCTV Cameras Recognize Suspicious Behavior

Surveillance cameras just got smarter. The Integrated Sensor Information System, or ISIS, analyzes suspicious behavior such as shouting, physical gestures and other threatening behaviour. After ranking each video feed according to how suspicious it is, the most critical videos are sent to the controller. The controller can then decide whether or not to send the police, or speak to the suspicious individuals using a video screen.

This technology just brings us closer to completely safe bus stations and airports. However, this monitoring technology can just be another tool for the government to track its citizens activities. Stats for Intelligent Surveillance Cameras Trending: Older & Mild
