There seems to be a direct correlation between the age of Playboy’s Hugh Hefner and that of his cover models. His latest is 48-year-old Carol Alt. The supermodel appeared in the first issue of the Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Edition. The still-striking Carol Alt will be uncovering for Playboy’s November edition. Carol Alt is an outspoken advocate for eating only raw food. In November, Playboy readers will see the benefits of a raw food diet firsthand.  Born 12.1.60 in Long Island, NY, Carol Alt was attending Hofstra University with the intention of pursuing a career in law when she was discovered waiting tables. Signed by the Elite Agency, she dropped out of school and moved to Manhattan, quickly becoming one of the most successful fashion models of all time. She appeared in Sports Illustrated's first swimsuit issue and had contracts with Hanes and Cover Girl.
