Caran d’Ache created this pen to pay homage to Swiss watchmakers. The 1010 limited edition was named because at 10:10 the hands on a watch are perfectly balanced. The pen resembles watch gears and is made of rhodium coated silver. The cap is inspired by a watch hand while the pump is set with a ruby to ensure the utmost luxurious writing experience.

The pen is in a black lacquer box with glass bottle and palladium plated silver stopper.

500 were made and are selling for $19,000 each.
