These clever sculptures are actually pieces of discarded trash, which have been transformed into canvas-like platforms to create quirky life-like monsters. Artist Steve Casino is known for creating sculptures from found objects such as peanut shells. However, for this particular collection he makes use of physical pieces of garbage, which would otherwise end up in a landfill.

The quirky monsters are created from old headphones, dental floss, empty lighters and other objects. Each piece of artwork is sculpted and hand-painted to give new life to the discarded objects.

Each piece of artwork is displayed on the artist's social media platforms such as Instagram. The quirky monsters are then captioned with an appropriate line. For example, Steve used an empty stick of 'Secret' deodorant and captioned it "'My little Secret is a rather large one."
