Cambridge Astronomers Discover Bizarre New Planet

At the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Astronomers discovered the most massive planet outside of our solar system to date, called HAT-P-2b. Astronomers employed the HATNet network of telescopes, which are used to scan the universe every night in search of new planets.
Gravity is 15 times greater on HAT-P-2b than on Earth. Meaning that a person weighing 150 pounds here, would weigh 2,100 pound there. (Tell that one to Weight Watchers’ market researchers).
