One man’s trash is another man’s treasure! We’ve all heard that saying, right? Well, a new T-shirt business is putting this quote to the test. Re-Shirt.net is an online company that takes people’s old shirts (and by take, I mean through donation) and sells the shirts along with the former owners “story”.

The site takes a “green” approach through recycling.

Here is an example of a T-shirt’s story:

“One day at CES 2005 this shirt saved my life. When I got out of the stadion in front of the convention center in Las Vegas it was heavily raining. Someone gave me this shirt and I used it as a hat.”
